I, as the parent, declare the following:

1. I have read the TCA Statement of Community and Culture in the Three Cords Academy Framily Guidebook. As a framily member of the Three Cords Academy school community, I understand my child is required to abide by the Three Cords Academy Statement of Community and Culture.

2. I have read the Terms and Conditions for Educational Computer/Device Use and Internet Privileges found in the Three Cords  Academy Framily Guidebook. I understand that this access is designed for educational purposes. I hereby give my permission for my child to have access to the Internet through his/her school account.

3. I have read, and understand that my child will follow the Three Cords Academy Acceptable Use Policy found in the Three Cords Academy Framily Guidebook.

4. I have read, understand, and will follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Three Cords Academy Framily Guidebook which is located at https://threecordsacademy.com/tca-framily-guide-book/ and is subject to changes and additions.

Student Section:
1. I have read (or my parent has read to me) the Three Cords Academy Statement of Community and Culture located in the Framily Guidebook which fully defines the school’s expectations of my behavior as a part of the Three Cords Academy Framily. I fully understand that I will be required to work within the bounds of the TCA Statement of Community and Culture.

2. I have read (or my parent has read to me) the Terms and Conditions for Educational Computer/Device Use and Internet Privileges found in the Three Cords Academy Framily Guidebook. I understand that I will abide by the stated Terms and Conditions. Should I commit any violation of the regulations, my computer access privileges may be revoked and school disciplinary action or other action may result.

3. I have read (or my parent has read to me), understand, and will follow the Three Cords Academy Acceptable Use Policy found in the Three Cords  Academy Framily Guidebook.
