I hereby release and discharge the Three Cords Academy, its officers, agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers (collectively, the "School") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with my child's participation in any field trip or activity organized or sponsored by the School, including but not limited to: Injuries or death resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the School or its agents. Loss or damage to personal property. Transportation-related accidents or incidents.
